Sale Policy

Return Policy for Sale Goods:

If you wish to return an item, it must be in re-saleable conditions, that is to say unworn, with no marks and with all its original tags and labels. You have the right to return your order within 7 days after receipt of the goods. If you wish to return your product we ask you to notify us before sending the product back to our store.

Goods found to be faulty or with no tags must be notified to Aya Boutique as soon as they arrive and the return arranged. We will not accept returns for items that are not in their original conditions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because the item is faulty or damaged we shall add the cost of the return shipping to the refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a recorded shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchange for Sale Goods:

In order to exchange a Sale product, Sale goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a Sale product, contact us on info@ayaboutique.clothing or contact the number 01306 88391 to arrange an exchange. We can only exchange an item for a different one depending on our stock availability. 

Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Goods can not be exchanged against Sale reduced items.

There are certain situations where exchanges will not be granted:

1. If we receive any returned Sale item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

2. Any Sale item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase;

3. If we receive any returned Sale item with its original tags and labels removed.

Refunds Policy for Sale Goods:

In order to receive a refund, Sale goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days or as quickly as reasonably possible.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:

1. If we receive any returned Sale item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

2. Any Sale item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase;

3. If we receive any returned Sale item with its original tags and labels removed.

NOTE: If you purchase an item at full price and the same item goes on sale a few days later, you haven't got the right to ask for a refund of the difference.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,
then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Replacements:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@ayaboutique.clothing and send your item to: AYA Boutique 25 St Martins Walk Shopping Centre, Dorking, RH4 1UT, United Kingdom.

Gifts 
To return a gift purchased on Sale, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Gift vouchers and Discount Codes on Sale Goods:

While it is possible to apply a Gift Voucher Code on Sale goods, not all Discount Codes can be applied when purchasing an item on Sale. Before using a Discount code at the check out, make sure it can be applied on Sale items. Normally our Discount Codes can't be apply on Sale goods. However, special Sale Discount Codes will be sent to you by info@ayaboutique.clothing.
