Delivery & Returns


No delivery costs are included on orders over £50.

For deliveries in UK, the orders are delivered in 2-3 working days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Aya Boutique must be notified of the return within 14 days after receipt of the goods and the goods must be returned to Aya Boutique, 25 St Martins Walk, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1UT within the 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also has all original tags in place.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and earrings cannot be returned.

AYA Boutique take no responsibility for damages on garments due to an inappropriate washing.

Goods found to be faulty must be notified to Aya Boutique as soon as they arrived and the return arranged. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. If any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return it. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days or as quickly as reasonably possible.

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:

1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery;

3. Any item with its original tags removed.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,
then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return a gift, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because the item is faulty or damaged we shall add the cost of the return shipping to the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a recorded shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
